press 4 rear darts first onto head piece approximately as shown, always let this cement dry thoroughly before assembling and keep pressing in place occasionally, all parts should adhere well so keep presing once in a while all through the dart and trim assembly. As this cement dries it becomes more agressive.

set aside to dry.Darts will have the edge trim attached next and then assembled to the mask, then the bells, and other embellishments as well as the finish trim will be attached to the mask.

after super glue sets trim off and applya drop of the dimensional paint. This shows gold, but black would also work matching the bead color.

slide bead over tip,Position about two inches from GROMMET as shown, super glue gel can be used if you are in a hurry, otherwise the dimensional material works well(it must be dried well, about an hour.)

At a point where the dart is about 1/2 an inch wide (about 1 1/2 inches from the tip) punch a hole on the centerline with an awl or a tapered reamer.Ream the hole to the size of the grommet barrel. A piece of 2x4 pine makes a good punching block.

apply heat with iron set at "silk" for about 20 seconds, move iron slowly back and forth with downward pressure, after cooling do a pull test to assure that all areas have adhered. If not re-apply heat to that area.
